MACHINERY FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF AIR-CONDITION DUCT

AUTOMATIC LINE MAKING SQUARE DUCT

It’s a device designed for automatic production of square HVAC duct. It’s assembled so as to be able to produce the duct within a space as small as possible.

When running the machine executes the following operations:

• unwinding of sheet metal from one of bilaterally embedded horizontal decoilers of load of 5 tons
• if required, forming cross beads of “Z” shape into a sheet metal
• sizing the spread form of a duct and performing edge bending
• cutting the profiled duct with an addition for any joint

Programming of individual dimensions and of addition for any duct joint is carried out on a control panel placed directly on the machine. Software for the line is created so as to conform to all duct manufacturers.

If beading and bending part is omitted, the machine can serve only for cutting flat tables of sheet metal of up to 10 m length as well.
