MACHINERY FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF HVAC DUCTWORK
We manufacture and supply all machinery required for the manufacture of square HVAC ducts. This ranges from basic lockforming machines to automatic lines. All machinery is designed and manufactured in-house using the most up-to-date technology in order to attain the high level of quality tried and tested on hundreds of such machines in the Czech Republic and the world over.
Lockforming Machine – VS1, VS2
The VS 1 and 2 series lockforming machines are intended for shaping of six basic types of joints for HVAC ducts with the aid of seven or nine pairs of profiling rollers.
Flanging machine
This machine is used for setting of rims on side tube fittings for square ducts for Pittsburgh locks. There is also an extended alternative for Snap lock. The machine must be fitted with a special tilting head for setting a rim in a closed circle.
Beading machine
This is used for reinforcing whole plates or parts of shaped pieces from sheet metal. Reinforcement inhibits vibrations in HVAC ductwork. It is manufactured in many designs, differing in the maximum width of the plate or profile of the crease.
Corners Notching Machine
This concerns a simple machine, which is able to notch the corners onto the sheet metal upto a thickness of 3 mm. It is suitable in all places where simplified work with notching of the sheet metal is required.
Automatic Line Making Square Duct
This high performance line is used for the maximum level of automation in the manufacturing process for straight sections of square ducts. It contains all technology for the manufacture of duct from sheet metal coils with a fully automatic cycle.
Line for the processing of thin sheet metal from a coil
This line is intended for manufacturers who are looking for an economic solution at using plasma cutting machines for getting shaped pieces. The machine is able to unwind, level and feed coiled sheet metal into the cutting equipment and subsequently to extract the scrap.
Rollforming Machine – VS5
This concerns a fully automatic system for profiling HVAC flanges from the coil with their simultaneous cutting on length according to duct size. Thi s is suitable for all manufacturing operations, which want to be independent of external suppliers and to manufacture flanges simply and cheaply in-house.
