ROLL FORMING TOOLS

We will implement the design, manufacture and heat treatment of complete sets of profiling rollers for the profile that you require, including calibration tests and provision of the final profiles samples.

The rollers are designed using the most up-to-date computerised technology and manufactured with the assistance of CNC technology. Sets of rolls are designed for processing of galvanised, steel, stainless steel, lacquered and other sheet metal strips.

We manufacture and supply forming tools for our own and for other manufacturers’ machinery.
