According to your requirements we can design and manufacture for you a roll forming line, roll forming tools and also refurbish your existing line.
The line will be designed and manufactured in accordance with your requirements in respect to the number of roll forming stands required, and also the maximum strip width and thickness of the processed material.
Our machinery is of modern design, powered by units with continuous speed control, the torque of which is transmitted through a system of gearboxes to the single shafts. Other equipment, for example punching, bending or cutting units are usually powered hydraulically or pneumatically. The entire system, based on the customer’s wishes, is controlled by automation at the level selected.
The equipment is always designed precisely according to the customer’s requirements. This ranges from small single-purpose machines based on VS1, VS2 and VS5 platforms, to complex production lines with the classic design of roll forming lines.
Large-scale Roll Forming Lines
Large-scale roll forming lines are highly productive machines of classic design, intended for making demanding and large-scale profiles with a wall thickness of up to 4 mm and the metal strip width up to 800 mm.
Medium-scale Roll Forming Lines
Medium-scale roll forming lines are compact machines, usually designed for the highly demanding production of less complex profiles with a wall thickness of up to 0,8 mm and the metal strip width up to 250 mm.
Small-scale Roll Forming Lines
The roll forming lines on the VS1, VS2, VS4 platforms are the least complex types of roll forming machines. They are designed for forming simple profiles, when not such a high level of productivity is required.
Duplex Roll Forming Lines
Duplex roll forming lines are special roll forming machines utilised for the roll forming of sheet metals with an optional width of up to 1,500 mm. The primary purpose of these machines is for forming panel-type products with an emphasis on rapid changes of width.
