PROFILING TOOLS

For the section shapes you require, we implement design, manufacture and heat treatment of complete sets of profiling rollers including calibration tests and handover of final section samples.

The rollers are designed using the most up-to-date computing technology and manufactured with the aid of CNC technology. Sets of rollers are designed for processing of steel, galvanised, stainless, lacquered and other sheet metal strips.

We manufacture and supply profiling tools for our own and other manufacturer’s machinery.
