MACHINERY FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF HVAC DUCTWORK
We manufacture and supply all the machinery required for the manufacture of square HVAC ducts. This ranges from basic lock-forming machines to automatic lines. All this machinery is designed and manufactured in-house, using the most up-to-date technologies, in order to attain the highest level of quality, proven on hundreds of these machines, both within the Czech Republic and all over the world.
Line for the manufacture of HVAC ductwork – LCP
This high-performance line is used to enable the maximum automation of the production process of the straight parts of the square HVAC duct. This includes the entire production process of the HVAC duct, from a sheet metal coil, by means of a fully automatic cycle.
Roll-forming machine VS5
This machine is designed for fully automatic forming of HVAC flanges from the coil, with cutting to lengths exactly according to the size of the duct. This is suitable for all types of manufacturers who wish to be independent of external suppliers and who wish to make flanges inexpensively, easily and precisely.
Straightening Line for Plasma Machines – LVP
This machine is an effective solution for all producers seeking a cost-effective solution when cutting fittings using a plasma-cutting machine. The machine is able to unwind, straighten and feed metal from a coil into the cutting device and then remove the waste material.
Machine for the closing of HVAC ducts – UVP
This single-purpose device is intended solely for the longitudinal closing of HVAC ducts. Operation of the machine is very simple and, in combination with the line for the production of HVAC ducts, this creates a highly efficient item of equipment for every workshop.
Lockforming Machines – VS1, VS2
The VS1 machine serves for forming all standard locks for connecting square HVAC ducts. A special set of rollers is used for forming the locks.
Flanging Machine
This machine is used for the creation of a flange on the sidewalls of fittings for square ducts for the Pittsburgh lock. There is also an alternative variant for the Snap lock. For the creation of the flange in a closed circle, the machine must be equipped with a special drive-out head.
Beading Machine
This machine is used for strengthening whole sheets or shaped sheet metal parts. This reinforcement prevents the vibration of the HVAC duct. The machine is produced in many variants, differing in the maximum width of the table and in the shape of beads.
Corner Notching Machine
This is a simple machine, which cuts corners on sheet metal with a thickness of up to 3 mm. It is suitable where there is a need for simplification of the work of cutting sheet metal.
