MACHINE FOR THE CLOSING OF HVAC DUCTS – UVP
In this machine the creation of the lock in the corner of the prepared duct and its complete closure takes place in one single operation. The forming of the lock is carried out with the help of several special forming rollers. The resulting product is a duct ready to be provided with flanges.
The machine for the closing of the square HVAC duct is used when high efficiency and productivity are required. It is particularly suitable as a follow-up technological operation to the manufacturing of the duct on the line for the production of square ducts.
The machine consists of a frame, which carries the main gearbox with drive. The torque is transmitted to the forming rolls via an integrated gearbox in an oil bath.
